Mapleton's Sunrise Ranch is a master-planned community development with a population of approximately 5,000 people. Designed with the goal of providing a safe and nurturing environment for active adults 55 and over who want to enjoy retirement in the midst of nature's splendor, it will be constructed. Sunrise Ranch will have a population of approximately 2,000 people. Sixteen neighborhoods will be built, ranging in size from single-family homes to larger villas and cottages. Several amenities such as gazebos, decks, patios, and private yoga gardens have been included in the design of these villas and cottages in order to encourage residents to live an active lifestyle.

A wonderful place for enjoying the outdoors, getting fit, and meeting new people will be Sunrise Ranch. At this time, there are no new homes being constructed, but more are expected in the near future. With seven different floor plans to choose from, each home includes one or two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious two-car garage, and luxurious finishes. There will be plenty of space for entertaining in each home, which will have open floor plans with large master suites.
