At Tower Trailer Park, we are home to Pine Grove Homes that feature energy star compliance. Our Pine Grove Homes are built with 2 by 6 rather than the standard 2 by 4 studs, meaning they cost less than a traditional stick-built house. Our Pine Grove Homes are also of higher quality compared to standard stick-built homes. And since our manufactured homes are considered temporary, they are exempted from NJ Property Taxes. We provide sewer and water services to Tower Trailer Park residents, but restrictions may apply.
