As part of our initial meeting, we'll talk about your goals and budget as well as work to understand your key issues and concerns. We'll also go over BoWood's approach to custom home design and construction, and make sure we're all on the same page so there are no surprises as the home-building process progresses. The work we do is displayed in a curated collection, and we also provide idea books featuring some of the most beautiful homes from around the world. Aside from that, lifestyle images of Iowa offer a unique insider's perspective on life in the great Midwest. Using your notes and ideas, we narrow down exactly what you are interested in. After all parties have signed a Preconstruction Services Agreement, we will meet again to discuss your specific client requirements and wishes, as well as the most effective way to meet your overall budget within the scope of work that has been agreed upon between the parties. Members of the BoWood team, as well as the architect and interior designer, will be present at this meeting, as will you, our valued client.
