The owner, Vance J. Csaszar, has 20+ years of experience in the building profession. He has on-site building experience as a master framer and trimmer. He also has experience designing and selling homes and managing a home’s total construction. He has built over 200 homes in the Michiana area.

Vance is the past President (2005) and Vice President (2004) of the St. Joseph County Home Builders Association (HBA) and has served on HBA’s Board for five years. He is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker certified by the EPA/HUD in lead hazards for remodeling and painting. Coby Deal, Remodeling Manager, owned his own business prior to coming to ACHR. He has 15+ years of experience. He is also certified by the EPA/HUD in lead hazards for remodeling and painting.
