Damon Amato brings eleven years of experience in real estate investing and development to the team and primarily focuses on business development and loan coordination for Downeast Residential. Ben Legare has spent over a decade working in design, construction, investment, and development. He holds a Master's Degree in Architecture and manages the construction and design arm of the company. Together, the team brings the experience and knowledge necessary to turn your dream home vision into a reality with a quality custom home that will last for generations to come.
