Greg Foland, Owner and President of Foland Custom Homes, has been in the residential construction business since he was a teenager. Throughout high school and college, he worked summers, weekends, and school vacations for a Connecticut custom home builder. Over time, Greg's experience grew from sweeping floors to framing, siding, roofing, and trimming out luxury custom homes. This apprenticeship provided Greg with hands-on experience in custom home construction. Greg earned a BS in Business and Finance from the University of Rhode Island. He then worked at an international telecommunications company where he managed multi-million dollar projects and a team of 100 people. During this time, Greg learned the fine art of managing projects, personnel, and finances. These experiences would prove invaluable in the next phase of his career.

In 2004, Greg founded Foland Contracting, Inc, and later Foland Custom Homes. As a licensed General Contractor, Greg has a unique set of skills that combine his hands-on building experience with his business, project, personnel, and customer management experience.
