Scott established the company in 1989 after completing his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Technologies at the University of North Florida.

Passionate about architectural design and with studies abroad in Italy, Greece, England, Scotland, and the Caribbean, Scott has been leading the company to earn its excellent reputation, receiving numerous awards of excellence for remodeling projects and luxury homes along the way. For more than 27 years, we have been involved in a special endeavor: helping our clients create their green custom home dreams. From luxury green homes that utilize passive solar, wind turbines, and rainwater harvesting to energy retrofit remodeling projects to eco-friendly industrial applications, we have the skills, knowledge, and experience to execute them all flawlessly.

The Design phase is a creative and exciting part of our building process. Utilizing state-of-the-art Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, our design team will take you through every aspect of the building structure and interior components using 3D digital models. During conceptual design, we use our eco-designer software to calculate your estimated annual electric consumption and carbon footprint. Adjustments to the design can then be considered. Our philosophy through the Design phase is to build a solid working relationship with our clients and a deep understanding of their project goals and expectations.
