We build homes from 1400 square feet to 4500 square feet, and their prices range from $280,000 to $900,000.

At Rusk Builders, we can build homes off your building plans or design plans for your specific needs to suit your specification. We are sure to be able to meet your needs. One advantage our clients enjoy is that we are a small company; hence, clients are always in direct contact with the builder. This aids communication and smoothens the construction process. In addition, we have a smaller home-based office with very low overhead, which means we can offer a quality custom home at a lesser price than the competition.

In our company, we use the same quality subcontractors on each home, so they work as a team together. Some contractors have been a part of our team for over thirty years. With over one hundred and seventy-five different workers involved in the construction of each home, they must function well together for the success of the new home.
