For more than forty years, our owner, Louie, has worked in the residential construction business. He got his start in framing homes and quickly moved into the cabinet and trim business.

From the beginning, Slape Homes has always worked to build homes above industry standards. All of our homes feature post-tension cables in the concrete that add whole-house strength and tie everything together better than rebar or wire alone. The vast majority of our houses are built with 2×6 frame construction which makes the homes stronger and provides room for added insulation – resulting in greater efficiency. We build for our clients like we are building for ourselves; nothing lesser than excellence is permitted. Our team can accomplish customer satisfaction by listening to and working with every homeowner to customize a home to their wishes and needs.
