Uccello Development, LLC is an award-winning, family owned, Connecticut-based construction, real estate development and property management firm, whose primary focus is on the construction of high-quality custom homes and exceptional residential communities.Over the last 30 years, the Uccello family has been involved in the development of approximately 150 residential building lots, as well as the construction and/or renovation of approximately 200 homes. In addition, we have constructed new or renovated more than 200,000 square feet of commercial space, and continue to own and manage roughly 100,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space.
