Homes built by Unibilt Homes range from 1000 to 3,500 sq. ft. Our home purchasing process takes four to six months, including time for acquiring building permits and bank finances. On average, the Unibilt Homes team takes around 90 to 120 days to complete your home, depending on the scope of the construction site. Pricing of our homes varies depending on the foundation type, site-built additions, interior amenities, exterior finishes, floor plan selection, and other improvements.
