J3 Homes was founded in 2017 as a partnership between Troy Jespersen, his wife Wendy, and his daughter Catie. Troy Jespersen brings his years of unique experience in spec home building and custom home construction throughout the Polk City, Iowa region, while Catie brings fresh ideas and a passion for design. Throughout high school and college, Catie assisted Tory in designing and constructing homes for countless families in the area. Now, she works side-bys-de with her mom and dad to design and build dream homes for clients like you.

The Jespersen family was born and raised in Central Iowa, where they continue to live, work and raise their families here.
