Founders Bill and Liz Petkoski started the company with the mission to create a different kind of custom home building company. Bill and Liz wanted to put together a team of professionals that shares the same passion as them when it comes to designing and building their clients’ dream homes. You are also more than welcome to visit the construction site to witness your dream home come to life. Several detailed on-site walkthrough meetings are also scheduled at key milestones.
