Sumner Company Homes was founded in 1983 by Rick Sumner with a commitment to deliver quality residential homes on time and within budget. Since Rick opened Sumner Company Homes, he has constructed hundreds of homes for satisfied clients throughout the Mat-Su Valley and as far afield as Juneau, Fairbanks, Anchorage, Eagle River, and northern Nevada. The founding principle of the company is that standing behind its work is the only way to do business. After more than forty years in the industry, Rick has retired. The company is now owned and operated by his sons, Jesse and Maxwell Sumner, who continue to carry on the company tradition of providing quality homes on time and within budget.
