GDH Coastal Homes is a talented and reputable home building company based out of the Tampa, Florida, area that has been building homes and developing neighborhoods since 1971. Since that time, they have delivered 6,500 and counting to homeowners living in the Pasco, Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties of the Tampa Bay area.

Most recently, as GHD Coastal Homes, they found an opportunity to make a significant impact on the housing landscape of the Pinellas County coastal beach towns. Beginning in 2016, GHD knowingly embarked upon a revitalization of the Pinellas beach communities.

By conscientiously designing and building replacement homes for existing homeowners, they are able to provide new homes that not only meet and exceed current building and FEMA Flood codes but include energy efficient features and create a revitalized streetscape.
