The company’s passion for the design and construction of custom homes began nearly three decades ago when Bart Denlinger left a successful commercial construction career to focus on the residential side of the craft. Around that time, he and his wife Teri fell in love with the town of Troy, Ohio, and decided to put down roots there. After purchasing five homesites there, they built homes on each one, sold four, and kept one where they lived and raised their family. Today Denlinger & Sons Builders has come a long from those first five homes, having built more than 500 new homes throughout the region, solidifying the company’s reputation as one of the area’s leading custom home construction firms.
