These 37 home sites in Rock Tavern, New York, are approximately 65 miles north of Manhattan and comprise a charming neighborhood. ADC Orange is currently constructing colonial estate homes on the few remaining oversized lots at Fox Hill Farm in New Windsor, which are being developed by the company.
