Eagle Point Preserve

Eagle Pointe Preserve is the newest residential neighborhood at Shoal Creek Valley, nestled among the greens of the Shoal Creek Golf Course. Like the other neighborhoods here, Eagle Pointe Preserve gives residents access to Shoal Creek Valley's many on-site amenities. The community has earned a reputation as “the address of choice” in the Kansas City region. Most of the amenities are located in and around the Village at Shoal Creek, just a short walk from Eagle Pointe Preserve. There’s a family-friendly water park here, at the Park House amenity center. It features two large swimming pools, waterslides, a lazy river, a splash plaza, changing rooms & showers, picnic pavilions, a pergola, and tanning/lounging patios. Village Meadows Park is a private-use park in the center of The Village, with easy access from any point in the neighborhood and features a covered pavilion, picnic tables, open space, walkways and sidewalks, and connections to the Shoal Creek Valley Trail System. There are also two community centers available for activities, events, and meetings.

There is also plenty of shopping and dining opportunities located within the village. Of course, the crown jewel of Shoal Creek is the Shoal Creek Golf Course, which is an 18-hole, par 71 golf course that opened to the public in 2001. It was ranked the #2 public course in Missouri by Golf Week's America's Best four years in a row. Students living at Eagle Pointe Preserve attend the award-winning Liberty Public School District, and the community offers an easy 15-minute drive into the heart of Kansas City.
