Established by Scott Barton in 1989, Bella Vita Custom Homes has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Parade of Homes Industry Award of Excellence in Best Craftsmanship, Best of Houzz Service, Parade of Homes People’s Choice Award Winner, and more. Scott started out in the business by performing home remodeling services in 1985. Through hard work and dedication, he was able to open up his own custom home building company four years later.
