Larry Powell Builders is a family business, with Larry's son, Larry Wayne Jr., joining the team as a superintendent for the company after working for years in the commercial construction industry and eventually becoming a partner with his dad. Kristine Powell, Larry Sr.'s wife, a 22-year real estate veteran, acts as the listing agent for all the homes the company builds. With forty years in business, one thousand homes built, and countless years of combined experience in construction and real estate, the Powell name remains strong and trusted in Middle Tennessee’s residential construction market.
