The Terra Bella team has worked hard to exceed your expectations by creating a dramatically different classic Mediterranean look designed by our architect and built on large lots, spacious surroundings, and a superb location close to shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The professional drawings of architect Sam Robison of Robison Associates were the starting point for the Homes at Terra Bella. He has designed several custom homes in the Yuma area and brings a sense of Yuma as well as the high Sonoran Desert where he now resides to Terra Bella. Robison's trademark spacious, open, light-filled interiors open onto private rear lawns and gardens are featured in Terra Bella designs. Our goal is to provide affordable elegance. Many of our Standard Features are considered ""upgrades"" in other subdivisions. We place a premium on providing a quality home built with the finest materials by Yuma's finest craftsmen.
