In the northern portion of the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, in the city of Milton, Georgia, you'll find the lovely suburban enclave of Lyndon Creek. Milton is a wealthy, rural-suburban Atlanta suburb. Milton lies in northern Fulton County, between Roswell and Alpharetta on the south, Forsyth County on the east, and Cherokee County on the north and west. This equestrian community is distinguished from others by its vibrant and expansive landscapes as well as its handy position, which places it close to two major interstates as well as the downtown area of Alpharetta.

Lyndon Creek is situated in an ideal location between the Alpharetta Athletic Club East and West golf courses, which provide a total of 36 holes at one of only four private clubs located north of Atlanta. These courses have respective par ratings of 72 and 70. Exquisite two-story and ranch-style houses will be available in the Lyndon Creek community. These homes will have four, five, or six bedrooms and will range in size from 4,500 to 7,000 square feet. As one of our new homeowners, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with the Architect designing your house, which will provide you with the flexibility and complete control of the experience of creating a semi-custom home.

Together with our Interior Designer, you will be responsible for making all of the home's design decisions. You will also be given access to an Owner Portal inside our software for managing projects, Buildertrend, which will enable you to control your own budget and allowances during the construction process.
