We can also make minor modifications to your plan to suit your unique needs and lifestyle. Madison Home Builders is unlike other building companies that require their clients to secure a construction loan before construction begins. We are a family-owned and operated construction firm founded in 1997. Our offices are based in North and South Carolina. At Madison Home Builders, we currently have over 1,500 homes under our belt. Our mission has always been to build quality homes at an affordable price. Our team brings over a century of years of homebuilding experience.

Our clients have the option to build their homes either the old-fashioned or modern way. Madison Home Builders isn’t a modular builder. We build homes on clients’ property or land they want to purchase. Our average build time is just under six months. But our clients can expect the entire building process to take between 9 to 12 months. At Madison Home Builders, we partner with nationally known lenders to make finances more accessible to our clients. We are always willing to introduce our clients to our financing partners or work with their preferred lenders. Our builders will build your entire home from footers to finish. Our financial and real estate experts can help arrange for a land financing package if you want to buy a land or already have an outstanding loan balance on your property.
