The Collection at R Street

R Street Development is a boutique real estate development firm based in Washington, DC. The company was founded by DC-Area natives Travis Fleisher and Sebastian Danino. With generational ties to the D.C. real estate market, the R Street Development team is focused on multifamily residential development, specializing in the development of housing in historic neighborhoods. Since 2010, the R Street Development team has developed over $50M in real estate and have been involved in over $750M in real estate transactions. R Street Development's philosophy is rooted in creating spaces that are the product of meaningful, collaborative relationships with the communities where the company operates.

Managing partner Travis Fleisher is the son of the number one residential real estate agent in the country. So, it is no surprise that Travis cut his teeth in business in the world of luxury high-end sales and marketing early. Travis realized a passion for real estate development, working intimately with builders and investors throughout the sales process, leading him to complete his Masters's Degree in Real Estate Development and Finance at the top of his class at Georgetown University. He ultimately founded R Street Development. Development partner Sebastian Dañino Beck is a seasoned real estate professional with over fifteen years in the commercial real estate industry. He has worked as Sr. Consultant at WSP, a leading global engineering, and design firm. Before joining the R Street Development team, he led the creation of the Corporate Division of Sustainability and Environment for the largest real estate development company in Peru, Inversiones Centenario SAA. In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors at the Peru Green Building Council and the World Green Building Council.
