XL Homes is a custom home building company in Mandan, ND that has been specializing in manufactured and modular homes for over two decades now. Owners Jonathan and Charlotte Liebelt are Mandan natives and they both realized the increasing need for affordable homes in the area. XL Homes builds manufactured and modular homes in climate-controlled indoor facilities while observing strict quality control guidelines. This approach saves the clients both time and money because the construction is finished in half the time that it takes for a traditional stick-built home to be completed. The home builders do not have to factor in the weather due to the indoor operations. Whether it is swelteringly hot or storming outside, the construction can keep on going, and the materials will not get damaged, stolen, or lost.
