HomeMax owner, Dave Fautley, started his career in the manufactured housing industry as a salesman for a small independent retailer in 1976. He enjoyed helping customers achieve their dreams of homeownership. Over time, he went on to work for and move through the ranks of a large publicly-held manufactured home company but found it challenging to connect with the needs of homebuyers through such a large corporation. That's when he decided to start his own business in 1994 and set out to provide the most affordable housing available at reasonable prices, with a variety of quality product choices and competitive financing options, all while delivering superior customer satisfaction.
