There are no two custom homes alike. When it comes to building custom homes, Lewis Homes pays close attention to the details and the quality of the finished product. Moreover, we make every effort to construct a NEW home that appears and feels like an OLD home, as well as to include a list of the Top Ten Features that our new Homeowners are looking for in their new residence. Consequently, we have included a list of at least 40 characteristics that we believe distinguish our homes from the competition.

Some of the characteristics include the one-of-a-kind custom trims and details that can be seen in the photos below. (We attempted to depict each characteristic separately.) However, not every one of these 40 characteristics is something that can be seen immediately in the finished home. Some of these features are hidden behind the drywall and, while they are not visible, they make a significant difference in how well your custom home performs over time and is built to last. These features help to conserve energy, reduce utility bills, and contribute to the structural integrity and long-term durability of every Lewis Home. Also included are a comprehensive Builder Warranty as well as manufacturer's warranties for all of the major systems, appliances, and other components of the home.
