Over time, he grew tired of all the challenges of stick-built construction. This was when he researched the manufactured home industry. This type of construction is performed indoors and the homes are delivered to the homesites once they are finished. Bill took this process, added his own innovations, and Advanced Systems Homes was born.

This family-owned company is currently on its third generation of builders and is now being led by brothers, Scott and Darin Lubbering, who continue to uphold their grandfather’s values and dedication in each home that they build.
