If you decide to build your dream home with Woodstock Custom Homes, LLC, you can expect the entire home building process to take six months, including designing your floor plan, permitting, financing, and construction. You will be given a fixed price for your new home project prior to the beginning of the construction. This price will be the same as the final price that you will see during closing. Woodstock Custom Homes, LLC will not charge you anything for any change orders and you will also have unlimited selections for your new home. You are free to customize any of Woodstock Custom Homes, LLC’s thoughtfully designed floor plans or use your own floor plan. You can build on any of the company’s already established communities or you can also build on your own lot if you already have one.
