All doors are finished in choice of stain including tile backsplash included in kitchen & bar if applicable. Plumbing includes double bowl under mount 18 gauge stainless steel kitchen sink with brushed pull down kitchen faucet with sprayer lever handle, 5 ft fiberglass base shower or tub units with tile surround in guest bathrooms as per plan, custom tile shower has full glass shower door as per plan, with brushed nickel or chrome fixtures.
