Welcome to Raines Residential! Since 1976, we have successfully built a legacy of boutique homes in Atlanta. We offer a combination of home styles that establishes eclectic streetscapes reminiscent of peaceful and classic neighborhoods. We understand what different families need in a home. We serve in the North Metro area of Atlanta, mainly in Cobb, Fulton, Forsyth, and Cherokee counties, including Smyrna, Woodstock, East Cobb, Canton, Milton, and Marietta. Our services range from designing and building to new home building and development. We promise to lift the building burden off your shoulders.
