David Flanders founded Builders MD in 2007. After obtaining a degree in Construction Technology and Business Management from Appalachian State University, David wanted to work closely with clients while being personally involved, hands-on, in all of the company's projects. David grew up in and around the construction industry, working summers and during his college career in many facets of residential and commercial construction. Rather than working for another large builder, his dream was to own his own company to control the quality of the product being built. Builders MD is a full-service construction company that delivers fine-quality custom homes to clients throughout Guilford County and the surrounding regions. Builders MD specializes in addressing each customer's unique needs by forming a partnership with them to work through the building process together, from start to finish.
