Crossroads Quality Construction has been in the business of building residential homes since 2000, when Sam Smith Jr. founded the company. He has built more than 500 homes throughout South Metro Atlanta, ranging from $100k to $1M+. The early 2000’s saw Crossroads develop two subdivisions; a single family residential one and a multi-family town-home subdivision. With such success over the years, Sam has cultivated relationships with each subcontractor crew and knows them by their first names - many having worked for him for several decades.

Diversifying his portfolio during the unstable construction market of 2008 saw Crossroads also enter into commercial projects. Projects have included AT&T, JLJ & Associates, Inc., Dickerson’s Custom Cabinets and a management company for Publix, as well as the highly successful Noah’s Ark Free Holiness Church - a 5000 sq.ft church. Crossroads Quality Construction is a proud member of the Contractor’s Association and holds a Commercial License through the State of Georgia. Sam attends local commissioner meetings regularly to lend his opinion and suggestions to his fellow builders/developers.

Sam is an incredibly reliable builder who dedicates himself to ensuring quality and 100% satisfaction with each job he completes. He can be found on-site every day, making sure that all aspects of the building process are going according to plan and meeting high standards of workmanship.
