Welcome to R. Thoreson Homes! We are a local Northwest home builder located in Seattle. For more than twenty-five years, we have built beautiful and quality homes in our communities.

At R. Thoreson Homes, we do not do anything below par. From our materials to our teams are the best of the best. We partner with only talented engineers and architects in the areas. Our trade partners have been with us for several years, and some of our partners have been here for about twenty years. R. Thoreson Homes is a small size building firm by choice; we deliberately choose to focus on building a limited number of homes yearly. We build row houses, new homes, and townhomes on infill sites to optimize the existing infrastructure on the ground.

We offer homes with open floor plans, utilizing current architectural features and impressive finishes. Our energy-efficient homes have advanced cooling and heating systems with an improved insulation to reduce our client's energy costs. We use quality products while building homes to result in sustainable homes. We pursue creative ideas and new designs to present our customers with the best in today’s market.
