BCB, Inc., which stands for Big C Builders, is a custom home construction firm in Gunnison, Colorado, owned and operated by Ahren "AJ" Cattles. AJ is a Colorado native and has been a resident of Gunnison for 22 years. He has been designing and building residential and commercial buildings throughout the Rocky Mountains since the mid-1990s. Starting at an early age, along with his brother and father, AJ began remodeling craftsman houses in the small town of Dolores, Colorado. The boys loved to work with their hands and had a natural talent for putting things together and finding solutions for the challenges that come with remodels.

AJ, in partnership with his brother, started his first construction company in Gunnison in 2002 after graduating from Western State College. After 12 years in operation, AJ and his brother parted ways, and in 2013, AJ started Big C Builders. Big C Builders is a custom design-build company that offers commercial and residential construction services and project management. Big C Builders was voted Gunnison Chamber of Commerce's 2017 People's Choice for "Best Builder - Contractor." AJ has also served on the Gunnison County Planning Commission for over a decade, giving him unique insight, experience, and hands-on education in local development and policy.
