Bueker Development was founded in June 1992 by John Bueker, then a retiring General Motors Executive whose interest in construction was inspired by his own recent home construction experience. With the purchase of a family-owned pole barn building company, including its talented carpenters, an old van, and some tools, Bueker Development, Inc. was born. In 1998 John's wife, Michele Bueker, left corporate America and joined Bueker Development, assisting John with his growing business. Since then, John and Michele have created a company that has become one of the region's finest custom home construction and land development firms. Bueker Development, Inc. has developed several prime living environments, including Pine Ridge, Woodridge, and Ederer Woods, all located in the Hemlock area. The team at Bueker Development has also built many custom homes throughout the Saginaw Tri-County region and across the state.
