Christopher Kait Construction is operated by Ryan Rose, a native of Hampton Roads who earned his degree in Control System Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. After four years of service in the Navy, Ryan gained experience as a hands-on craftsman and project manager with another small local builder for several years. During this time he obtained his Class A Builders License as well as a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering to further expand his knowledge base and expertise within the real estate industry.
