Coastline Development

Coastline Development is a custom home builder located in St. Petersburg, Florida, owned and operated by Geoff Miller. A native of the city, Geoff has a passion for creating unique homes with a commitment to quality. He attended St. Pete High IB where he was part of the International Baccalaureate program before going on to receive his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. After graduating, he gained experience as a Construction Manager working for another company based out of South Tampa, building custom homes all around the Tampa Bay Area.

As an experienced builder and contractor, Geoff decided it was time to start his own business and obtained his Certified Building Contractor License which enabled him to launch Coastline Development. With 10 years in the field, Geoff is dedicated to providing top-of-the-line products and services. He always strives to go the extra mile for his clients, ensuring they are happy with the end result.
