Glascock Construction was founded in 1977 and has built a strong reputation over the years. Owner Tim Glascock is dedicated to providing quality homes with high moral, ethical and professional standards. Since moving to Lake of the Ozarks in 1987, they have developed Cayman Beach, Grand Cayman and Maple Leaf communities as well as constructed 120 custom homes. They are also responsible for commercial buildings such as Kid’s Harbor Chapel Office Complex and On The Rise Bakery Bistro among others in the area around Lake Ozark & Laurie Missouri. Glascock Construction is known for its customer satisfaction and is a family-run business with generations of experience. Tim Glascock learned the construction trade from his father, Owen Glascock, while Dustin and Cole completed extensive training to join in on the company's success. Rather than assign roles within the company, each son has grown into their current responsibilities based on their strengths and weaknesses.
