GM Construction, Inc. is a custom luxury home builder that has been serving the resort communities along the Kona and Kohala Coast for more than two decades. All of our design plans are carefully tailored to meet client preferences in terms of lifestyle needs as well as budget and mechanical/architectural requirements. Our pre-construction process entails a complete set of drawings based on an initial concept agreement between us and the client. During construction, our site Superintendent updates the client with weekly progress photos, and conducts on-site walkthroughs to make sure that any changes needed are made. We also employ a third-party inspector as well as expert installers for quality assurance.

After construction is complete, GM Construction provides all required documents for building permit approval, maintenance record and warranties related to the home.
