Gregg & Co. Builders is a family-owned and operated business located in Evergreen, Colorado. Founded by Jim Gregg in 1983, it has built more than 100 homes since then, ranging from modern contemporary to mountain rustic and everything in between. At Gregg & Co., building homes isn’t just their business; it’s their passion. They believe no detail is too small when it comes to crafting the perfect home for each customer. They understand that the details are what make the house unique and special, so they strive to create warm, charming, distinctive and elegant homes with every project they tackle.

They also view themselves as more than just builders—they serve as creative planners, envisioning and bringing to life the developments in which their homes thrive. Since its founding, Gregg & Co. Builders has established an excellent reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction—and it shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. This is thanks in part to Jim’s love for woodworking, which he inherited from his father and grandfather, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Ohio University.
