Nett Construction is a family-owned business that has been providing quality and integrity in residential home building for over 60 years. Founded by William Nett in 1958, the company has grown to become one of the longest-standing names in the Fond du Lac area. Led by his son, Steve, since 1974, Nett Construction specializes in custom and spec homes, additions, and basement finishing projects. The builder also offers real estate services through their subsidiary, Nett Land & Development Inc., which consists of four subdivisions they have developed: Hawk’s Landing, The Preserve, Pheasant Run, and Nett’s Sunset Drive addition.
