The president of Potter House Group, Inc., Lee Rickey grew up in Northern Kentucky and graduated from NKU with degrees in Construction Technology and Construction Management. After becoming a full-time employee managing construction projects ranging up to $3 million dollars, he started his own company which now serves the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area.

Potter House Group, Inc pride themselves on providing “unprecedented service” through partnerships with their design team, vendors and subcontractors. They provide a free site visit or can help customers find an ideal home site while also helping to establish the scope of work and desired amenities & selections. In addition, they offer an online client portal (phone/iPad) for projects in order to organize all selections, budgets, pictures, requests, and communications. Clients communicate directly with the company owner who manages the entire building process from design to final occupancy.
