Since our inception thirty years ago, we have been dedicated to building high-quality, custom homes for families intending to live in Fort Oglethorpe, Rock Spring, Rossville, Ringgold, and Chickamauga neighborhoods. We are a family owned and operated building company with more than thirty years of construction experience. As a custom builder, our team can use your floor plans or anyone in our portfolio to craft your dream home, depending on what you opt for.

We are a VA and FHA-approved home builder. We have built homes within the $350,000 to $600,000 price range. Most of these homes are in Southeastern Tennessee and North West Georgia, close to Chattanooga, Tennessee. We would be delighted to have you come over to see our results.
