We are a design-build contractor, which means that we do our excavation, framing, concrete, timber frame, cabinets, furniture, and more ourselves.

We have a Red Shop that produces all of TFI’s cabinetry, custom trim packages, interior doors, entry doors, and specialty flooring. We also have our own welding facilities that allow us to create unique metal pieces that are both artistic and functional. This will enable us to give our customers a huge advantage in price and quality. Working with us will be a great advantage. Our in-house design team, the local architects, as well as the competent and experienced superintendents we employ for full job site supervision are all ready to provide you with an unmatched luxury custom home.
