Our founder, Tim, is a second-generation contractor who grew up in the contracting business. Through his life experiences, he gained a great deal of knowledge, making it natural for him to start his own business in 1978.

Tim has constructed some of the best residences in Central Virginia and some of the most prestigious communities, such as Hans Hill, Oak Park, Ivy Lake, Ridge Croft, Forest Lakes, Somerset Meadows, Boonsboro, Rivermont, and Leesville Road Estates, where we currently work. Tim has also built homes from 800 sq. ft. to over 8,000 sq. ft., along with constructing additions and renovating kitchens and baths throughout Lynchburg and the surrounding counties, which means that your additions & renovations (kitchens & baths) will be in trusted hands when you choose to work with us!
