In the early 1980s, Norm and Judy purchased their first modular home, which served as the foundation for the creation of Northstar Homes. Since then, they have never lived in a home that was constructed on the site. Why? Because they believe in—and have witnessed—the superior quality and efficiencies that custom-built homes offer.

In spite of the fact that it has been nearly three decades since its founding, Northstar Homes has maintained its Loveland, Colorado location and continues to operate as a family-owned business. We're still the same company that Norm and Judy started out as, with a focus on personalized customer service. Only recently have we seen a significant increase in the number of employees needed to handle the increased customer volume and expanded service area.

Northstar Homes has expanded its service area to include homebuyers in Nebraska and Wyoming, after witnessing the satisfaction that our custom-built homes have brought to Colorado residents. We treat every project, and every homebuyer, with the same level of exceptional customer service that our company was founded on.
