Covington Court is one of Tom French's newest maintenance-provided communities in northwest Olathe's growing area, immediately south of K10 and east of K7. It is located at the intersection of 115th Street and Lone Elm Road. Walkout and daylight home plots are available in the region for the new reverse story and a half plans, the Ensley II, with two bedrooms on the main level, and the Alderwood II, with three bedrooms on the main level. In Phase Two, the new Ensley III plan, a true ranch with three bedrooms on the main level, is also offered.
