In addition to being a licensed home builder, she is a licensed attorney, has an undergraduate degree in accounting, a degree in law, and a master’s of law degree in tax. Joi is also a member of the Home Builders Association of Tuscaloosa, the State of Alabama Home Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders.
