Serenade

Serenade is a 414-acre master-planned community, located in the City of Celina, roughly 29 minutes from downtown Frisco and 25 minutes from downtown McKinney. The site is serviced by the Celina Independent School District. Serenade will offer a range of amenities interconnected by a vast trail network, including a lake with a 750-square-foot fishing pier for residents to enjoy along with a dog park. The Amenity Center serves as a year-round community gathering space, featuring a welcoming entry pavilion, outdoor kitchen, seating areas, restrooms, and a spacious grand lawn. Additional amenities include a playground for both young children and older kids, a resort-style pool, and beautifully landscaped surroundings, including a native prairie restoration area. Access to the site is available by car with ample parking or by foot or bike through the community trail. In addition, Serenade aims to become a sought-after destination for pickleball by having a pickleball complex featuring four regulation-sized courts. The complex will also include covered resting lounges on each side and on-site restroom facilities to facilitate longer stays and accommodate tournaments.
